Project Description
2024 saw the completion of Taumata Terraces on Archers Road in Hillcrest. This project delivered 8 townhouses with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and internal access garages. To stand apart from the run-of-the-mill, a custom brick facade was constructed on the upper levels cantilevering the ground floor to create a striking presence on arrival. Generous living areas, bedrooms and kitchens with walk in pantries saw this project sold out prior to commencement of the build and 100% rented within a week of settlement.
