Hillcrest 2.0. An opportunity arose on Hillcrest Ave with a similar sized site to your very first multiunit project. We took learnings from previous features and levelled up in areas you’ll find easy to notice but also in areas that only those with a keen eye will be able to raise an eyebrow too.
We took risks on colours that we were nervous to see come together until it all came to fruition. Now, we wouldn’t change a thing. Titania white Nuwall with contrasting Ironsand joinery yet complimentary browns through the reds, the warm white and the ironsand tie it all together.
Custom curved bricks on the exterior, matching terracotta mosaics on the interior to harmonise a two tone kitchen.
4 delicately designed townhouses presenting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk in wardrobes and internal access garages.
