Project Description
The Urban Refinery relocated this bungalow within the site of 5 Hillcrest Ave to reinvigorate this 90 year old bungalow and bring it into the modern age with a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms and reorientation of the living to flow onto a northern courtyard. The beautiful charm of the original timber floors have been reinstated and show the characters of various life’s and additions this dwelling has had over the years.
